About Us
Yuan and Heiko are both enthusiastic travelers who enjoy being out in the nature and explore beyond the beaten track. Here at the end point of the Rooidrom Pass heading the the Kunene River in Namibia.
Yuan is currently teaching at Hohhot Inner Mongolia University (English and Cognitive Psychology) and Heiko works freelance as consultant when not sitting behind the wheel or enjoying outdoor activities during travels. Before travelling he as been working in the chemical and metals industry.
Why we love traveling
What fascinates us is the exchange with other travelers and getting to know new things every day.
After years of having the time scheduled with meetings, business travel and time blocked, and holidays lasting 2 weeks maximum, Heiko deliberately has given up on a too detailed planning or a fixed route.
During our last travel - off season in Namibia - this worked out pretty well. Bear in mind that the circumstances might force you to adapt anyway, so we don't waste too much time in detailed planning.
