Landed slightly delayed at 6 PM in Halifax, beautiful spring weather with 18 degC. Short 30 minutes Uber ride to the Hotel (Garden South Park Inn). Unfortunately the weather wouldn't hold and its forecasted to be grey / windy and with drizzle. Canadians seem to be still finding it warm as you see them running around in light jackets or some even in a T-shirt. I wear a down jacket!

Strolled around the city and one remarkable thing is that it has a huge number of pubs and cafes. People love to sit there with their laptops and sip on a cappucino or tea. Very laid back atmosphere.

Yesterdays dinner was at "The 5 fishermen"(https://www.fivefishermen.com), met with a german couple I got to know when dropping the truck in Hamburg harbor. Nice place, it was packed for a Wednesday evening. Outstanding quality but a dinner (starter / main / wine and a digestive) sets you back aound 90 Euro including the minimum tip of 18%. Still worth the money.
